How to evolve a Pokémon
Pokémon that evolve via level will evolve when they have the exact happiness of the level required to evolve, e.g evolve a Chimchar to Monferno when Chimchar's happiness is exactly 14. Breeder officials will edit happiness as they see fit if your levels aren't fit. Pokémon who evolve via happiness will evolve when their happiness is 80+. Again, officials can edit as they see fit. If this Pokémon evolves by happiness at a time of day, it must have 80+ at the time of day. If the Pokémon evolves by trade, trade it and trade it back with a friend.
