So sad Ya it's a terrible way to break up, I don't recommend choosing the computer over the love of your life =/ Parents are great, because good parents will always be there, I know mine are. But when you fall in love, and you'll know the difference between love and lust, never let it go. My ex-was there for me for everything, and supported me much more than my parents. Just a good word of advice from a guy who has loved for 3 years and lost. I'm getting over it pretty decently now, but the depression/anxiety sucks, mostly because I hate being dependent on drugs.
